The Roaming Rhyme offers personalised Custom Travel Planning Services directly to travellers.

Customers may submit a travel planning request through the designated form available on the Website. The available travel-planning packages, prices, inclusions, deliverables, and estimated delivery timelines are displayed on the Services page.

Depending on the package selected, the service may include:

Our Custom Travel Planning Service provides research, planning, recommendations, and itinerary preparation. We do not directly provide or guarantee flights, accommodation, transportation, tours, attraction tickets, travel insurance, visas, or other third-party travel services.

4. Travel Planning Request & Customer Information

To prepare a personalised travel plan, customers are required to provide accurate and complete information through our designated travel-details form. This may include:

Name and contact details
Destination
Travel dates
Number of travellers
Approximate travel budget
Travel interests
Preferred travel pace
Accommodation preferences
Transportation preferences
Special requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and complete.

Submission of a travel-planning request does not by itself confirm a booking.

After submitting the form, customers will be directed to the applicable payment page to complete payment through UPI.

The service delivery timeline begins only after the payment has been received and verified and all required travel details have been successfully submitted.

5. Payment & Booking Confirmation

Custom Travel Planning Services are currently paid for manually through UPI.

After submitting the travel-details form, the customer will be redirected to a payment page displaying the applicable package amount and official UPI payment details.

The customer is responsible for making the payment using the payment details displayed on the designated payment page.

Customers may be asked to provide their UPI transaction/reference number or payment confirmation so that the payment can be verified.

A booking is considered confirmed only after the applicable payment has been successfully received and verified by The Roaming Rhyme.

Submitting the travel request form without completing payment does not constitute a confirmed booking.

All service prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors on the Website. If an error materially affects a requested or confirmed service, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution.

Customers should make payments only using the official payment details displayed on the designated payment page of The Roaming Rhyme.

6. Service Delivery

The estimated delivery timeline depends on the package selected and is displayed on the Services page. Unless otherwise stated:

Essential: 3–5 working days
Detailed: 5–7 working days
Premium: 7–10 working days

The delivery timeline starts after payment has been received and verified and all required travel details have been successfully submitted.

The completed travel plan will generally be delivered electronically via email, in PDF format, to the email address provided by the customer.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by incomplete information, clarification requirements, unusually complex requests, significant changes requested by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that the delivered email and attachments can be received.

7. Revisions & Changes

Any revisions included with a package are limited to the scope stated on the Services page. A revision is intended for reasonable changes to the existing itinerary based on customer feedback.

Requests involving a new destination, significant changes to travel dates, major changes to the original requirements, or complete restructuring of the itinerary may be treated as a new planning request and may incur an additional fee.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Custom Travel Planning Services involve personalised research and preparation. Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Customers are encouraged to review the Cancellation & Refund Policy before making payment.

9. Third-Party Services & Recommendations

Our travel plans may contain recommendations or links to third-party services, including hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, attractions, tour operators, booking platforms, and other travel-related services.

We do not control or guarantee the availability, pricing, quality, safety, legality, or performance of third-party services. Any booking or purchase made with a third party is a separate transaction between the customer and that third party.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the relevant third party's terms, prices, availability, cancellation policies, and other conditions before making a booking.

10. Travel Conditions & No Guarantee

Our travel plans are prepared using information available at the time of planning.

We cannot guarantee that recommended attractions, routes, restaurants, hotels, transportation services, prices, schedules, or other travel conditions will remain available or unchanged.

We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Weather or natural disasters
Transportation delays or cancellations
Strikes or disruptions
Government restrictions or policy changes
Road closures
Changes in attraction or accommodation availability
Local events
Changes in visa, immigration, or entry requirements
Other unforeseen circumstances

Purchased Custom Travel Plans are provided for the personal use of the customer and their travelling companions. Customers may download, save, print, and use their purchased travel plan for personal travel purposes.

Customers may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, commercially reuse, or present the travel plan as their own work without our prior written permission.
