Thank you for choosing The Roaming Rhyme for your Custom Travel Planning Service. Since our travel plans are researched and prepared specifically for each customer, the following cancellation and refund terms apply.

1. Travel Planning Requests & Booking Confirmation

Submitting a travel planning request through our website does not automatically constitute a confirmed booking.

After submitting the travel-details form, you will be redirected to the designated payment page to complete payment through UPI.

A booking is considered confirmed only after the applicable UPI payment has been received and verified by The Roaming Rhyme and all required travel details have been successfully submitted.

2. Cancellation Before Planning Begins

If you request cancellation before we have started personalised research or itinerary preparation, you may be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at mrigank.soral@theroamingrhyme.com with your booking details.

Refund eligibility will be determined based on the stage of the service at the time the cancellation request is received.

3. Cancellation After Planning Begins

Once personalised research, itinerary preparation, or other substantive planning work has started, the service involves dedicated work based on your requirements.

Therefore, cancellation requests made after planning work has begun are generally non-refundable.

We may consider exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

4. Incomplete or Delayed Travel Details

The service delivery timeline begins only after we have received:

• The required travel details

• The applicable payment

• Any additional information reasonably required to prepare the travel plan

If the information provided is incomplete or we require clarification, delivery may be delayed until the required information is received.

If you do not provide the required information within a reasonable period, we may be unable to proceed with the service. Refund eligibility in such circumstances will depend on whether personalised planning work has already begun.

5. Changes to Your Travel Requirements

After submitting your travel details, you may request reasonable changes within the revision allowance included in your selected package, where applicable.

Requests involving substantial changes to the original requirements, such as a major change in destination, travel dates, trip duration, number of travellers, or overall travel scope, may require additional work and may incur an additional fee.

Such additional work will only be undertaken after discussing it with you and, where applicable, receiving your approval for the additional fee.

6. Refunds Due to Non-Delivery

If we are unable to deliver the confirmed Custom Travel Planning Service due to circumstances within our control, and an alternative delivery arrangement cannot reasonably be agreed upon, you may be eligible for a full or appropriate refund.

7. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the same UPI account or bank account from which the payment was received, where reasonably possible.

We may request relevant transaction details from you to process and verify the refund.

The time taken for a refund to reach your account may depend on the relevant bank, UPI service, or financial institution.

8. Third-Party Bookings

Our Custom Travel Planning Service does not include direct booking of flights, hotels, transportation, tours, attraction tickets, travel insurance, or other third-party services unless specifically stated.

Any cancellation or refund relating to a third-party booking is governed by the terms and policies of the relevant third-party provider.

The Roaming Rhyme is not responsible for refunds, cancellation charges, penalties, or other costs imposed by third-party providers.
